Many thanks to Aisha Sohail, Head - Access Program, in giving me the space and time to work with the team members of the Care Foundation Pakistan.
CARE Foundation, Empowerment Through Education, established in 1988, is a not-for-profit organization that is on a mission to provide quality and marketable education to all. By empowering the children with good education, it aims to make them productive members of the society.
Creativity, Culture and Education (CCE) collaborated with the CARE Foundation and underrepresented schools in Lahore, Pakistan during 2015-16. As part of the CCE network, I conducted a one-day motivational and personal growth workshop that helped the staff to overcome stress . The workshop included a warm-up session followed by a short presentation on motivation and self-care along with a fun-filled puppet-making workshop.
