My sincere gratitude to Lalit Vikamshi, Director, Alag Angle Studio, Nagpur, India, his wife Milli Vikamshi, artist and art educator at Chanda Devi Saraf, Nagpur, India, and the Director of the school to allow me to conduct an art therapy workshop with Grade 6-8 students. We picked up a mixed group of students, with one half as girls and one half as boys.

Chanda Devi Saraf School was established in 1994. It is affiliated with the ICSE Council, New Delhi, India. It offers programs from pre-nursery till Grade 10. My collaboration with the school was to introduce the integration between art and therapy to the faculty. I designed and conducted the workshops for Grade 6-8 students. The activities included using recycled materials to create drawings, puppets, and collages that depicted each students’ story.
